It is the only stone calvary in West Pomerania. It was built on a 0.5 hectare site around the church of St. Rosalia. It consists of three parts - an open-air Way of the Cross with fifteen Stations of the Cross, a “Path of the Patrons” and buildings connected with the history of Szczecinek. In the section dedicated to patrons, two objects stand out: Grotto of St. Rosalia and a miniature of the “Gate of Dawn” with an image of the Virgin Mary carved in stone. Miniature of the Gate of Dawn. In total, the Calvary features about 40 buildings, a parish museum and a lapidarium or “Szczecinek Stone World”. Stones from various parts of the world and Poland brought by funders and parishioners are embedded in the various stations. The whole area is planted with a variety of shrubs and flowers.
